General Tso’s Cauliflower Bowls

A quick and easy recipe for General Tso’s Cauliflower Bowls, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and coat with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
