- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
