  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then reduce heat.
  5. Top with provolone cheese and cover until the cheese is melted.
  6. Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with the beef mixture.

Notes
