High Protein Italian Pasta Salad

A delicious and nutritious High Protein Italian Pasta Salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
  5. Stir in the fresh basil just before serving.

Notes

  • For extra protein, you can add grilled chicken or chickpeas.
  • This salad is best served chilled.
