  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic for the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter and cook the marinated chicken until browned, about 5 minutes each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  7. In a saucepan, heat milk and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Add sour cream and paprika, mixing well.
  8. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and serve alongside the chicken.
