High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pan.
  4. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the crispy turkey bacon and green onions just before serving.
