  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with the honey Sriracha mixture.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
