  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and sriracha.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey sriracha mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. To assemble, place rice in a bowl, top with salmon, broccoli, and drizzle with soy sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
