Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls

A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls that brings together flavors perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is flaky.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare rice and steam broccoli.
