- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper to the beef and stir well.
- Slice the Italian bread and layer the beef mixture and bacon on top.
