Italian Chicken Saltimbocca

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey bacon and a few sage leaves.
  4. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, add chicken broth, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
