  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
