Korean Ground Beef Bowl

A quick and flavorful weeknight dish featuring Korean flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup kimchi

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice topped with green onions and kimchi.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top before serving.
