  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with black pepper.
  2. In a pot, heat sesame oil and brown the roast on all sides.
