- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
