  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes, then bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  4. Once the potatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then chop them into cubes.
  5. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, cheese, sour cream, paprika, salt, and pepper.
