  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it as desired.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider topping the meatloaf with barbecue sauce during the last 15 minutes of baking.
