1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the mashed potatoes.
Serve the meatloaf with mashed potatoes on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, include your favorite herbs in the meat mixture.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
