  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Brush the cut side of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese between the halves.
  6. Replace the top half of the rolls and brush more butter on top.
  7. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
