Delicious mini mushrooms stuffed with turkey bacon for a delightful appetizer.

  • 12 mini portobello mushrooms
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, and garlic powder with the chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • These bites can be prepared a day ahead.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
