- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and add diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese until well combined. Remove from heat.
