One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish that’s easy to make in just one pot, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pasta, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with crispy bacon and parsley.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and chicken ham.
  • Adjust the cream for a lighter dish by substituting half and half.
