- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in a pot until tender.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In a large pot, combine the cooked potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chicken ham, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Top with cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and crumbled turkey bacon.
