OUTBACK POTATO SOUP

A creamy and hearty soup inspired by Outback Steakhouse, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in a pot until tender.
  2. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In a large pot, combine the cooked potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken ham, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • This soup can be garnished with additional cheese and green onions for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
