Ingredients

  • 7 grams instant yeast
  • 400 ml warm water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest overnight at room temperature.
  4. The next day, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and transfer the dough onto it.
  6. Using your fingers, dimple the dough and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
