- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
