- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- In a small saucepan, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
