Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the pistachios with sugar and blend until finely ground.
  3. In a saucepan, heat whole milk over medium heat until it simmers.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking continuously to temper the eggs.
