  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball or log shape.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans and parsley until fully coated.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
