  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
