  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Spread the crumbled feta cheese on top of each chicken breast.
  4. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll up each chicken breast tightly and wrap each with two slices of turkey bacon.
  6. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
