Salmon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
