  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook until done, then flake.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with mixed greens, lemon juice, and flaked salmon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
