Salmon Spinach Pasta Dish

A delicious and comforting Salmon Spinach Pasta Dish that is both juicy and flavorful, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Once fragrant, add the salmon fillet and cook until fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Flake the salmon and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
