Salmon Spinach Pasta Dish

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 4 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the salmon, and in the same skillet, add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Flake the salmon into large pieces and return to the skillet.
