  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add salmon fillet to the skillet and cook until flaky, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and flake the salmon.
