A delicious and easy recipe for making sausage pinwheels at home using beef and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture evenly on top.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
