  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sheets puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one end of each rectangle.
  6. Roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
