1 pound ground turkey
6 slices turkey bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag tater tots
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with tater tots.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the crispy turkey bacon on top before serving.
