  • 1 pound beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef broth, water, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, mushrooms, and ginger.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
