  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
