Slow Cooker Loaded Baked Potato

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe that combines baked potatoes with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a comforting meal.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Place in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them in half and fluff the insides with a fork.
  5. Top with diced chicken ham, crispy turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Serve with additional toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
