- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Place in the slow cooker.

- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
