  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, brown sugar, milk, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
