  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker or saucepan and cook according to package instructions.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Top the rice with the salmon mixture and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, nori strips, and sesame seeds before serving.
