- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a rice cooker or saucepan and cook according to package instructions.
