  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound fresh salmon, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then combine with 2 cups of water in a rice cooker or pot.
  3. Cook the sushi rice according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the diced salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden.
