- 2 cups water
- 1 pound fresh salmon, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
