A delicious and quick recipe for steak and shrimp stir fry perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Stir in the mixed vegetables.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
