Steakhouse Potato Salad

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender; drain and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, celery, bell pepper, and relish to the mixture.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
