  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. While the potatoes cool, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
