- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
