  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, combine honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce and heat until mixed.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, toss it in the sauce to coat.
  7. Serve warm with popcorn as a side.
