4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with mini marshmallows.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
